During the coffee roasting process waste gases exist. Our afterburners are designed to effectively neutralize odors, smoke, and harmful volatile organic compounds that arise during the coffee roasting process.
The combustion chamber is made of 310S chrome material resistant to 1100° and prevents energy from being released with 5 cm thermal insulation. The toxic gases are cleaned by burning with a premix burner at an optimum temperature of 350°-400° and minimizing them by 90%.
