Questions about grinders
1. What is the Minimum Order Quantity?
The MOQ is 1 for coffee grinders.
2. How long will your order cost to manufacture and ship?
Shop-type coffee grinders are always in stock as 220V (monophase) & 50 Hz. Manufacturing of grinders with different electric voltage than 220 V and manufacturing of industrial grinders are 3 weeks meantime changeable on the necessity and factory workload. Delivery by air always needs 3-7 days, and ETA for seaway shipment depends on the delivery country.
3. What are the available colors?
Matte black, red and yellow is the ex-factory colors.
4. If the wrong product has been received?
A replacement is not possible; we provide you with all the required information to find the best product before the order approval.
5. If I received a damaged/broken product?
We operate the delivery with our contracted shipping companies. If any damage occurs during shipment, please ask for the damage report from the courier. We will ship the broken part with express cargo free of charge.
6. Need to pay other expenses?
It depends on the trade agreements of both countries. All requested documents for tax exemption if available are issued. Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the dispenser price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility.
7. Is customization available?
Yes, production with electric voltages compatible with your country’s electricity; and color options are available. Please contact our sales representative for customization requests.
8. Is it a stone mill?
No, stainless steel discs are used for grinding.
9. What are the advantages of stainless steel discs?
Easy cleaning, no need for regular maintenance, spare discs can be stored and changed in the time of need.
10. What is the life of discs?
Discs have 8-10 tons grinding life with proper use.
12. Do you have a warranty?
Grinders have a 2-year warranty except for discs.
13. Why discs are out of warranty?
Discs have 8 tons of grinding life. This period changes according to the user’s usage/sales capacity at the shop. 8-tons grinding will be 2 months for a customer and 2 years or more for another. Thus, discs cannot be included to the scope of the warranty.
14. How can I make an installation?
Grinders are sent as installed and one-piece. Just make sure that the plug you plug your grinder into is grounded and make sure you operate the machine according to the user manual. For any technical assistance contact us anytime.
15. Can I change discs by myself?
Yes, you just need an allen wrench. A replacement video will be shared by our team.
16. Can I use grinders non-stop?
For all grinders except the KM10 Sharp pro model, there are operating times and resting times for each grinder. Only the KM10 model, thanks to its cooler fans, can operate for a long time. Please check the user manual for operating and resting times.
